 2011 Goals:

• Make available additional professional training for all travel age groups and teams.
• Bring the "Academy" training approach, initially introduced for U6-U10, to older age groups.
• Recruit quality motivated coaches.
• Provide age group appropriate development and training opportunities for travel coaches.
• Educate travel coaches in the proper methods of creating a practice plan while providing access to age appropriate lesson plans.
• Increase amount of ongoing parent education (for travel & house parents).
• Publish key 2011 dates.
